In other words, 7D thinks like an owner and has the experience to evaluate opportunities for it's third party listings with an owner's mentality. 7D is not just another broker, we treat our listings as if the properties are our own. It's not about doing a deal, it's about doing the "right" deal for our clients.
7D is equally capable of representing the Tenant side of a transaction as it is representing a Landlord. With the development and Landlord experience, 7D is able to quickly identify locations that suit the needs of it's clients and is especially competent in negotiating with Landlord's on the Tenant's behalf. 7D's reach is national, but the core focus is primarily in IN, KY & Southwest OH.
